Branch created in the company bylaw reform approved at the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of Grupo Energía Bogotá in December 2017. This branch brings together the 125 years of experience in the electric energy transmission business in Colombia of the former Empresa de Energía de Bogotá (founded in 1896). Through this branch, GEB is the second largest electric energy transmission company with a market share of 20.3% at the national level, operating 1,655 kilometers of transmission lines.
