At Grupo Energía Bogotá we carry out our operations and activities in the framework of the respect, protection and promotion of Human Rights, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. We have adopted guidelines to strengthen the way we relate to stakeholders, and to ensure that our operations take into account differentiated approaches that contribute to overcome structural imbalances regarding equality, diversity and inclusion.
