GEB complies with Law 1474 of 2011, which seeks to strengthen the mechanisms for the prevention, investigation and sanction of corruption and the effectiveness of the control of public management. Annually, GEB develops, implements, and publishes the Public Transparency and Ethics Program in compliance with this law.
