The sustainability and competitiveness of our operations along the energy and gas value chain depends largely upon our suppliers and partners. Cooperation, respect and differentiated relations are key pieces in the management of our suppliers. Acquisition of inputs, materials and main services to cover the needs of the business requires a process of planning, selection and qualification of supplier performance, logistics and importing input and equipment, and warehouse management.

CONTRACTOR EVALUATION

All our contractors undergo evaluations based on their performance in service delivery or the quality of supplied goods. Once they are assessed, we define strategies to implement development programs, recognize outstanding suppliers, and address any identified gaps.
