(103-1) One of the key items included in the corporate strategy we defined in 2020 was the importance of a transparent, expedite and strengthened corporate governance, leveraged by our values and an increasingly solid Ethics and Compliance Program, which we now have in place.

We now set an example in corporate governance, and have become a role model for other business groups in Colombia and Latin America, with the highest international standards.

We have been recognized for our good practices and our commitment is to maintain our solid corporate governance and ethics and compliance framework, through which we have earned the trust of institutions, suppliers, partners and communities.
